This vine is native to Austria and in Italy it is almost exclusively cultivated in the Isarco valley. Bright light yellow colour with golden hints. Aging for a few months in acacia wooden barrels. The nose is filled with a strong scent of grapefruit, medlar, fresh white fruit, broom, minerals and light spices. The taste is dry and savoury, but at the same time soft and pleasant.
