Chianti docg 2015 Cantine Fiesolane. Alcohol content 12.5%. Mainly made FROM Sangiovese grapes AND the addition OF 10 TO 15% OF other Tuscan grapes. Light ruby red colour, WITH bright hues ON the edges. Simple but very pleasant scent OF red berries, WITH a light flowery aroma. Taste dominated by good acidity AND moderate tannins that make the wine easy TO drink, while being FULL-bodied AND firm. Medium intensity AND LENGTH. TABLE wine, particularly good WITH cold cuts, noodles WITH meat sauce, hot crostini (Tuscan toasted bread) WITH Lardo di Colonnata (special fat stored IN marble basins).
